Gold Star portable stage decks offer the flexibility of two different support systems. Depending on the application, one or more of the following support systems may be used. All support systems are easy to install, safe and affordable.
Standard Legs with Adjustable Feet
Available Sizes (in inches)
Our most popular sizes are: 8, 16, 24, 32, 36, 40, and 48 inches. However we can accommodate any length if required.
Adjustable legs are the perfect solution for uneven surfaces or multiple height decks utilizing only one set of legs. They adjust in 2" increments and have a 2" adjustable non-marring screw foot for fine leveling.
Adjustable Leg height increments are available in:
•12" - 16" •16" - 24" •24" - 36" •36" - 48"
Legs clamps are recommended for stage heights over 24" for added stability.
Legs clamps are used on standard or adjustable legs to keep legs from spreading out at higher elevations. They are also used to connect decks together when using multi-height decks such as a seating riser. They are easy to install in minimal time and are affordable. The 2-leg clamp is used for two legs side-by-side and also for three legs when three decks meet in a corner. Use two separate clamps, one on top of each other for three legs. A 4-leg clamp is used for four legs and has a spacer in the middle to keep legs from compressing.
Guardrails and Chair Stops
Guardrails are recommended for added safety on stages. Constructed from steel, these guardrails meet the 200 lb. side load ADA requirement when installed properly. They are 42" in height, come in a variety of lengths, and have a 2" high chair stop incorporated into the design. Guardrail storage carts are also available for compact storage and easy transport.
Guard rails are available in the following lengths:
•3 feet long with chair stop •4 feet long with chair stop •8 feet long with chair stop •For lengths not listed and colors other than black, contact us for a price quote.
Chair stops aid in the prevention of chairs, equipment or other furniture from slipping off the edge of the stage. They are used on riser systems where a change in stage heights occurs. They are constructed mainly of aluminum and have a standard mill finish. For an additional fee the chair stops can be painted in various colors.

The most popular and economical option is the standard leg with a two inch adjustable screw foot. A leg is inserted into each corner of the deck and is secured in place by a thumbscrew.
